Source Control Syncing Issues

After setting up our base project and adding basic functionality we ran into a problem with one of our levels. An item that was placed and submitted into one of our levels wasn't showing up even after I pulled down form our source control. I ended up having to rebuild the project completely from the repo and resubmit the change which saved it into our final project.
